Most products fail. Not because entrepreneurs fail to build what they set out to build, but because they waste needless time, money, and effort building the wrong product. In this 2-day hands-on workshop, led by the renowned international speaker Ash Maurya, you'll learn a systematic methodology developed through rigorous testing of business modeling, systems thinking, and Lean Startup techniques on hundreds of products, that will show you exactly how to focus on the right actions and build what customers want.

Defining, achieving and measuring traction

Whether it’s getting the green light on a new venture, or securing an additional round of funding, entrepreneurs and innovators are constantly faced with the challenge of demonstrating progress (aka TRACTION) to their stakeholders. This workshop will show you how to do just that.

Traction
